Facebook Expected to File IPO By Wednesday

Internet giant expected to be valued at around $100 billion

Facebook is expected to file the documents necessary for its initial public offering by Wednesday, which is expected to value the social network giant at $100 billion, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Goldman Sachs and Mogran Stanley are expected to lead what promises to be the largest technology IPO in U.S. history.

Facebook's IPO is expected to raise $10 billion. In comparison, Google's 2005 IPO raised $2 billion.
