Comedienne Sarah Silverman will be releasing a new book that will reveal much of her childhood experiences. The Bedwetter: Stories of Courage, Redemption and Pee hits bookshelves in late April.

In her semi-autobiography Silverman goes beyond sharing embarrassing ordeals of bedwetting as a child. The creator and lead star of The Sarah Silverman Program on Comedy Central also delves into a time when she was diagnosed with depression in her teenage years and received unreasonable dosages of Xanax. In a New York magazine article, Silverman said she popped 16 pills a day because, “It was a time when you didn’t question doctors.”

The Bedwetter: Stories of Courage, Redemption and Pee, which includes an afterword from “God,” is set to be released on April 20. But for now Silverman offers a simple advice to fellow bedwetters. She said to Publishers Weekly, “I promise this will not always be a deep dark humiliating secret in your life. It’s okay—it’s just sheets.”
