Chuck Lorre writing a tell-all book about Sheen?
Although they have reached a settlement, Lorre won't seem to let go of his feud with Charlie Sheen.
Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen have finally settled their “issues” over ‘Two and Half Men’, but it seems that Lorre might still have a little bit of resentment left in him. On Monday night’s episode of ‘Two and a Half Men’, the show’s creator hinted in the vanity card that he might be writing a tell-all book about the entire Sheen-Lorre-Two and a Half Men debacle.
In the vanity card, Lorre wrote:
“Sometime last year I realized I had become the unwilling contestant in a reality show. I didn't understand the rules, wasn't sure if there even were any, and pretty much hated every second of it. For many months I kept hoping and praying that it would end. But it did not. Somewhere along the way, something inside me died. Anyway, now, suddenly, I'm being told that the reality show's been cancelled. Apparently, it was just one of those things that somehow got out of control. Sorry. Whoops. Live and learn. Moving on. Game over. And that's fine. I am so good with that. Yes, please, let's all move on. There's just one problem. That thing inside me that died? It walks at night. It's angry. It's hungry. And worst of all...it's writing a tell-all book.”
This, unfortunately, is all the information we have about the book so far. Stay tuned.
Let’s hope that Sheen’s recent attempt at apologizing for his “Warlock” actions will dissuade Lorre from pursuing this endeavor. On a recent episode of ‘The Tonight Show’, Charlie admitted that he was out of control and said that he would’ve fired himself. Additionally, he wished Ashton Kutcher and the rest of the show’s cast and crew all the best in their new season at last week’s ‘Emmy Awards’.
