Dita Von Teese, burlesque dancer and former wife of Marilyn Manson, is victorious in a recent law suit against a former landlord.

TMZ reports that Von Teese’s landlord, Lallubhai Patel, refused to return her security deposit after giving ample notice that she intended to vacate the property. Additionally, Von Teese accused Patel of going on an Anti-Semitic tangent, personally attacking the dancer’s Jewish managers.

Von Teese’s attorney, Keith Fink, reported that Patel allegedly told Von Teese to “beware of Jews. In your business no one can do anything without them. Just a reminder to be cautious.”

Patel filed a countersuit claiming that he wasn’t planning on returning the $5000 security deposit because Von Teese caused thousands of dollars of damage to his property.

A judge at the Los Angeles Superior Court has ruled in Von Teese’s favour, stating that Patel either ignored or didn’t follow through with a number of court orders to provide requested information in the case.

Patel has been officially order to return the $5000 (£3,125) security deposit immediately.
