Drake to Play Jay-Z’s Made in America Festival
The full list of performers will be announced later today
Jay-Z and Mayor Nutter appeared together at the Philadelphia Art Museum last week, making an announcement about an upcoming festival entitled ‘Made in America’, sponsored by Budweiser.
A screen capture of what appears to be a Ticketmaster listing was released over the weekend, originally posted by Cold Pizza Band. It is assumed that the screen shot is a premature Ticketmaster listing, that was not supposed to be publically released yet.
The screen shot lists the performers intended to appear at Budweiser’s Made in America Festival. The list includes music heavyweights such as Jay-Z, Drake, Pearl Jam, and Skrillex.
Other notable musicians include Philly-raised Santigold, Mike Snow, Odd Future, Afrojack and D’Angelo.
LiveNation intends to officially announce the complete list today. Tickets include a two-day pass and will be $99. The festival will take place on September 1st and 2nd along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
