Scarlett Johansson Nude Photos Worth $66k
The US State Attorney’s office believes the actress is entitled $66k for having her privacy invaded
Christopher Chaney, the now-infamous celebrity nude photo hacker, might have to figure out a way to hack into some credit card accounts if he can’t come up with almost $150k to repay the women he stole photos from last year.
According to the sentencing recommendation filed by the US State’s Attorney’s office, Johansson is entitled to $66k, Christina Aguilera a mere $7500, and Renee Olstead $76k.
The government also recommends that Chaney pay $10k to the AFTRA Health Fund and spend 71 months in jail, as opposed to the initial 30 months.
Chaney pled guilty to a total of 9 hacking-related incidences, including Mila Kunis, but amounts due to the remaining 6 victims have not been publically released.
In the government documents, the prosecutors argue that Chaney’s crimes are worse than those of fellow naked celebrity photo thief, Michael David Barrett, who videotaped Erin Andrews in the nude and posted it on the Internet.
Chaney will receive his final sentencing on July 23rd.
