Casting rumors have been floating about regarding the role of Christian Grey and Ana Steele in the upcoming film adaptation of the erotica sensation for months. Is it possible that real-life porn star, James Deen, will become a mommy-porn star?

‘Vampire Diaries’ Ian Somerhalder, ‘True Blood’s’ Alexander Skarsgard, and Ryan Gosling seem to be fan favorites, but ‘American Psycho’ screenwriter Bret Easton Ellis revealed on Twitter Monday that James Deen is seriously being considered for the role.

Bret Easton Ellis had previously expressed interest in being attached to the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ film project. Although he was turned down, it seems he’s still being given insider information.

“Just got inside information that James Deen is actually in the running to play Christian in ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ with EL James support’, Easton Ellis tweeted.

“Movie will DEFINITELY be written by a woman and the budget will be below 15m. Ana will be played by an unknown.”

Bret Easton Ellis is currently working with James Deen on Paul Schrader’s film, ‘The Canyons’.

Do you think these tweets are a publicity push for his latest project, or does he actually have moles in the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ studios?
