Martin Luther King Jr. "Israel must exist and has the right to exist"

Today we celebrate Martin Luther King Jr., a civil rights icon who embodied all that is right with human kind and who showed the strength of one man and his determination to change the world.

In 1964 King became the youngest person to receive the Noble Peace Prize for his work to end racial discrimination through non-violent means.

King was assassinated on April 4th, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee. His speech "I Have a Dream" delivered in 1963 in Washington will forever be considered one of the greatest ever spoken, with his words able to stir emotions more than half-century later.

Below is a short clip of Dr.King speaking about Israel, who he calls "one of the great outpost of democracy in the world" and her right to exist:
