Speaking at the 12th Annual Herzliya Conference at the Campus of the Interdisciplinary Centre (IDC) on February 2, former IDF Chief of Staff Moshe Ya'alon said that military strikes against any of Iran’s missile facilities is possible.

"Any facility defended by a human being can be penetrated," said Ya’alon, Israel’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Strategic Affairs. "Any facility in Iran can be hit, and I speak from experience as the IDF chief of staff."

Ya'alon, also indicated that last November’s hit on an Iranian missile facility near Tehran, disabled one that was meant to produce missiles that were potential threats against the United States.

“The West has the ability to attack, but as long as Iran isn't convinced about their determination to carry it out – they will continue their manipulations,” added Ya’alon. “The Iranians believe this determination is non-existent, as far as a military action and sanctions."

"Iran has enough nuclear material for four bombs," Israel’s Director of Military Intelligence Major General Aviv Kochavi told those at the Herzliya Conference which runs from January 30 to February 2. "Iran is vigorously pursuing military nuclear capabilities and today the intelligence community agrees with Israel on that. Iran has over four tons of enriched materials and nearly 100kg of 20% enriched uranium – that's enough for four bombs," he said
